Release

I HEREBY AUTHORIZE the Dusty Baker International Baseball Academy staff to act for me accordingly in any emergency requiring medical attention. I hereby waive and release the school from any and all liability for any injury or illness sustained while attending the school. I have no knowledge of any physical impairment that would endanger the above student's participation as outlined in the brochure. I also understand that the school retains all photography rights.

Refund Policy

THERE WILL BE NO CASH REFUNDS OF DEPOSITS OR TUITION FEES ONE (1) WEEK PRIOR TO SCHOOL. If a confirmed student is unable to attend school for the period selected, his deposit will be credited to his account and he may use this credit toward any period he may choose during the next two years, effective from his original date of enrollment. If any student is unable to complete his stay at the school because of personal reasons or injury, his remaining balance of time will be credited to his account, and he may use this credit any time during the next two year period, effective from his first day in camp. The baseball school will not be responsible for any lost or stolen property.
